Spacious appartment with hotel services but not as cozy as expected!
Suites are really spacious and functional. It was like staying in an appartment (with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, washing maschine, etc.) with the advantages of also having hotel services.
The location is nothing special. The corridors are cold and look unfinished and although the room is really spacious, it didn't feel cozy at all. The towels in the bathroom are really small but at least there were bathrobes.

Very Good
Large, clean apartment with daily housekeeping. Bedding was comfortable and the view was great. Wi-Fi was good. The free shuttle bus to the terminal was a nice surprise. Decore was very minimalist, verging on spartan.
One of the reasons we booked was for the kitchen and then we found out that you have to "rent" the kitchenware for an additional fee if you want to cook. We've stayed in many accommodations with kitchens and they always included at least a minimum set of cookware and dishes. Also, there was a mechanical noise in the wall that reverberated in the main bedroom 24/7.

Only ONE room can be used
It was clean and new. Awesome view from the balcony of the sea
Only master bedroom has ventilation and 2 beds. The other 2 rooms has no aircon or ventilation and no beds. The tatami provided was so thin and hard. I had to drag the tatami into the living room and sleep there to get the aircon!!! The aircon is lousy too. The lowest it can get to was also just 24 degrees even though I try to set it to 18 degrees. I went in late sep and it was so warm. I cannot imagine for summer. This cannot be for 4 pax becos only one room is habitable. The ensuite toilet bowl got choked and we informed the counter staff early in the morning to pls repair it. When we came back at night, can't get affirmation whether it was repaired or not. And when we got back to the room to check , it was NOT fixed. So we had to call front desk again. Was hard to call through and when we managed to get through, it took them 20 mins to send someone up to fix it.
